I’m glad you’re reaching out for the support and care you deserve. I chose this path because I believe everyone has the right to live a fulfilled life full of authentic connections. That process starts with your relationship to yourself and with my integrative and holistic approaches, you’ll learn to take the lead on your journey confidently. I believe that there is no better expert on you, than you. Together we can discover the pathway that feels most aligned for you.

As a Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate (RPC-C), I can support you in many of life’s challenges such as depression, anxiety and other related issues, emotional regulation, relationship stressors, loss & grief, addiction & recovery, abuse, trauma & domestic violence and narcissistic abuse. You do not need to walk through these challenges alone.
